True. Both me and my mom tried telling him about it in a way a 9 year old can understand (anon had to work to get the gsme, it's somewhat expensive, etc.), but all he cared about was how he couldn't play Mario Maker or Ocarina of Time on the thing.
His mom/my first cousin couldn't have given a shit about it, either. Her attitude probably not helping things.
