i sleep maybe 13 hours a day. the thing is a lot of the times i wake up in the middle of it and force myself to sleep more just so i dont have to face reality

Nope, I suppose I just got used to it?
Since I have no daily commitments I pretty much just need to eat and shower occasionally

Eating makes me drowsy enough I suppose and if you just lay in bed long enough you'll fall asleep

A lot of the times I'm sleeping I am kinda conscious and could get up (you know how you are in the morning I guess ) but semi sleeping is just more comfy
