You're really just paying for the opportunity to earn the grades for a degree. Any knowledge you may pick up on the way is incidental. This is very important to keep in mind.

>Actually moving up in the company because I'm a smart communicator, work hard, and don't complain like a bitch when things don't go my way

Still annoyed that I have to prove myself to move up because I got an art degree and not a business or sports science degree like the zero-experience 22 year olds they hire as managers.
