You wont change anything now its too late. Also being NEET is pretty neat and all but for your brain's sake read a big fat book atleast once a week, bike or even walk your dog, educate yourself in that precious time, AND TALK TO SOMEBODY, EVEN ON A DISCORD. I was a full time NEET on 2015 and the first 4 months of 2016 before I started wagecucking, and I do regret playing dota and games on emulators 12-16 hours a day almost everyday, now I cant find time to draw or make a shitty dating sim with my equally shitty oc's, but most of all I lost many brain cells, when I started working I would stutter a fucking lot and was very anxious, now I can look you in the eye and hold a somewhat normal convo but I still stutter a little bit, and wheter you like it or not, interaction with fellow humans is necessary to us, else our brain start rotting, I would go weeks without talking to anyone besides the "hi" "bye" or "where's the food" to my nan and now I face the consequences, or you could always talk tou your dog or cat but your family will think you are insane so better do that when you're alone. Given that I would gladly be a comfy NEET again but doing something useful with my time atleast 2 hours everyday and avoiding these mistakes, stay safe NEETS!

OP here, I cannot stress enough how important it is to constantly stimulate your brain with new things, do some math, read or book or take a long walk, hell, if you're a NEET just go outside and walk for 2 or 3 hours on a sunny day, you will feel great.
