How the heck do you guys fight that feeling that stings and you feel exhausted but its not a sleep thing its just boredom and feeling pointless. I used to smoke cigs but ive alwys had a cough and figered it was best to quit plus i feel like if i got cancer people would rub it in and tell me i deserve it or something. I just feel nothing but boredom and dislike for people as edgy as it sounds
smoking is fun and all but I don't fear cancer because id die I fear it because people would rub it in
please give some advice to not feel like this

Sounds like you need to unfuck your sleep cycle. You might be slowly clearing backlogs of missed sleep and experience fatigue during the day as a result of it. Just get enough sunlight every day and sleep early.
