Almost every morning I wake up in a panic and rush to my phone because I can't remember if I said something regrettable to someone, or just dreamed it. A lot of the time I just dreamed it, but there's plenty of times I'm correct, and did say something I shouldn't have.
I think this comes from how vivd my dreams are. I often think/remember things happening, that were actually dreams.
Which then leads to me question if any of this is real, or if I'm alseep/in a coma or something. It does not help my very real mental illnesses.
