You can tell me about it if you want. I can't stop you and I'm not patronizing enough to try and convince you that life is worth living when you've probably already heard that argument a hundred times, but I can sit here and listen to you talk about you feel without judging you for it.

The worst part about intrusive thoughts is when they're truthful.

If I had a happy fulfilled life with friends and family, I could recognize the thoughts as irrational. But I'm actually a pathetic dirtbag waste of oxygen. The thoughts seem pretty rational and valid.
