I moved to a shithole small town for college. The student housing was terrible except for these lofts. The lofts were gorgeous, kind of like the one you have pictured. They were mostly professionals that worked in the city 30 minutes away. But some were students. It was obvious the students were paid for by their parents.

But here is the kicker. Life is unfair, but everything between the time you're born and the time you die doesn't really matter. There is no such thing as a time line. You exist for a second in time.

So, why not figure out what kind of people live in those cozy apartments, see if that field is something you would enjoy, then work your ass off until the day you die to achieve every goal you have in life.

Sure, there will be some group of rich kids who walk ass backwards into that lifestyle, but they usually make poor life choices and squander their opportunities. Unlike you, who can focus on your goals and achieve greatness.
