I recall looking into this when I was in my teens. There's prescription pills to get for this, against hypersexuality. Also chemical castration, prescription pills again, once you're off them it takes about 2 weeks til you return to your old urges. Then you've got real castration surgery but it may have some side effects. Best solution that only a rare few succeed in doing is probably self discipline, keeping busy with a lot of stuff, a strict and exhausting exercise regime, certain foods lowers the libido as well, can't recall what they were now. Or just hold on til you get older and it's going to slow down naturally.
