Mostly just exposure effect. I'm far from alone in seeing 2D girls more often than 3D in my daily life.

Also It's hard to get past the greasy walking aquarium aspect of 3D girls. Also they have poop in their butts.

I disagree. It's very easy for them to become defiled. The thought of other people defiling them is often enough to defile them in my mind. Also if imagine us engaging in a depraved act is very difficult to pretend that it didn't happen.

3D is gross. I haven't fapped to 3DPD in over five years.

When you're as ugly as I am the idea of getting a girlfriend is about as real as 2D.
At least 2D girls never looked at me in disgust or treated me like a subhuman.

I think for me, watching anime serves as an emotional outlet, it gives me a sense of belonging that I can't get in 3D.
