Bought a pack of cigarretts after having smoked the last time 7 years ago (was a teen and it was "cool" though I stole the cigarettes and smoked alone.

Just smoked two cigarrettes and I fucking hated it. I didn't want to get in touch with the smoke, nor did I try to inhale it.
My nose burns, my eyes burn, my throat feels clogged, my fingers smell, I smell, I fell like I got a disease from just smoking two cigarrettes.
It's fucking awful. I was looking for something that helps me chill out. But it literally did the opposite, instead I feel more stressed out, due to the things around smoking.

I wanted to try E-cigarettes as well, but I heard they're toxic as well if they're set too hot, and the one I have doesn't allow for a temperature change. It literally has an on and off button.

Fucking great waste of money.
