Mine are kind of shit but what really fucked them is brushing them less than once a week on average for the past >3 years

Thanks for the advice anon. I'm planning to go to the dentist in a week to figure it out.

I have puffy gums, they don't really bleed when I brush them anymore. It is either periodontitis or gingivitis.

I brush daily and use Listerine every few days. Last night I started doing salt water rinses so hopefully that will get rid of the inflammation.

I don't want to go to the dentist because my old dentist kept trying to push me to get my wisdom teeth out even thought they don't hurt me and aren't causing bad crowding.
