Never had it this bad, but I struggled with reocurring acne and other facial blemishes and stuff, especially after shaving.
Get accutane for acne, invest in BHA/AHA exfoliants or creams, change your pillowcase, stop eating fatty foods and dairy + the biggest thing is STOP TOUCHING YOUR FACE AND DRINK WATER. Honestly, I didn't believe it but not touching your face and staying hydrated are the biggest factors imo.

I still have some blemishes from time to time, because my skin routine isn't perfect but it's 100 times better than it used to be. Also wash your face and use sunscreen even if it's not sunny for the love of god.

I did a much lighter dose of accutane than my friends, and it was completely tolerable. I had to use aquafor on my lips and face religiously and lotion my body a few times per week. As long as I did that there was no suffering, but my friends were on so much that it was hell for them. The difference is I still had a but of acne from time to time, but I saw what they went through. I can ask to go back on a light round, but I'm going back to keto diet first (see above).
