There are still plenty of people with whom you can relate (depending on your location this may or may not be a minority group if you're unlucky). Due to your preferences it'll mostly be white people and the occasional black person who was born and raised as proper part/citizen of the country you're in as well, and it's generally more effort to create a positive first impression, but anyone worth having around won't treat you like a "lowlife nigger" if you don't have the stereotypical hoodrat Nigger personality traits.

I'm fine with my hobbies and preferences, regardless of how "white" they are. They fit with my personality, with how I was raised, they don't hurt anyone, and they don't alienate me from everyone around me. Personally I don't see the problem with this, but I do find some black women physically attractive.
Finding an attractive black woman with a (for me) desirable set of personality traits is a whole different challenge, but then again almost all white women I've encountered have had at least a few traits I wouldn't want around me in a longterm relationship either.

There's many blacks in the u.s who don't know their "culture". Many are angry. My SO is from Africa. I know many Africans and they all dislike most American blacks because of their anger, hate, and the violence in their communities. My SO feels bad for them; calls them lost souls.

I wouldn't feel so bad about not fitting into "black" u.s. culture. African culture, specifically Ghanaian culture, is very interesting and great, but if you don't have a direct connection to it then it's hard to get into it.

It's hard to grow up a mixed race. I don't want to put all the blame on your parents, but I hope they were supportive and showed you the better aspects of both sides.
