Self-diagnosis is not a good fucking idea. I thought I might have:
Bipolar (Dad had it. My productivity swindles a lot.)
BPD (Stupid assumption.)
OCD (I actually have a lot of compulsive tendencies like frequent hand washing.)
Thyroid Issues (My hormones are fine other than my high levels of adrenaline.)
Psychosis (I wasn't eating enough, felt hazy.)
Paranoia (I was fucking petrified on the 4th of July. Turned all of the lights on downstairs and watched Bojack Horseman with a knife by my side. Scary shit.)
You get the idea, right? A lot of this is baseless assumptions stemming from my GAD, but the point is that it's not healthy to assume things about yourself without seeing a medically trained professional.
