Who here /talkstoself/? I've been talking to myself twice a day for the past week and I think I feel slightly more confident about speaking to others, although I'm still uncomfortable making eye contact with people.
Twice a week? Doesn't everyone talk to themselves every minute of their lives?

I like to make random sounds and and shout words and sentences when I'm home alone, does that count. I guess I do talk to myself when I'm home alone but never in public, when I do go out.

>but never in public
I move my lips while I think while walking (and sometimes I also voice it when there's heavy traffic)
Do you think people notice this?

Thinking and talking are two different things, mate.

Yes, they do. At least I'd notice it.
