I wish I can help you anon, I also wish I can help the past me. I always knew what the end looked like and that it will be a warmer place, it was just so cold I couldn't bring my self to the warmth but eventually it happens. You say she once loved you, I can't imagine it was easy on her (whatever that was) but that means that whatever reason she had to love you, she found a bigger one that force her to move on.
