Anons I'm scared. I came to the most horrifying conclusion. No matter what we do, cure cancer, become a great actor, be the best advocate for civil rights, we will be forgotten. In a million years, kids in school can't be taught millions of years of knowledge. They won't learn about how rock formations on earth are made, how Martin Luther king caught for black rights, who the person was who cured cancer. There'll be a whole new batch of diseases, they won't even be on earth, they'll be on some random solar system. The same way we have no idea who our ancestors are and what they did, our kids won't remember who we are. No one will remember who I am, who Neil Armstrong was, who Albert Einstein was. It'll all be forgotten. Why shouldn't I end it anons?
nah man you're right. go for it

I get this thought a lot. Just enjoy life while you still can because you will cease to exist soon
They say that in a 1000 years, no word we have now will exist due to the evolution of language ,our gravestones won't be read. 40% of books probably wouldn't be translated. What's the point.
See you on the other side /r9k/, you made life a bit more bearable, for that, I say thank you.
What do you care? It's nothing to you who remembers you after you're dead. Focus on the stuff that happens before you die, not after.
