If you're seriously worried about HIV/AIDS go to a doctor, get on PReP, and get tested at the ~6 months + from date of incident to see if you do have HIV (since it takes about that long to be testable)

I just googled PReP, sounds like its for pre exposure only. But I do need to get to a clinic soon, it's been about 3 months. But if I test positive I'll have a hard time not killing myself.
