It's ok I sleep on my side and have terrible posture and back pain if I lie down/sit too long. Nothing you can really do about any of it. I did used to sleep on my stomach as a kid, though.

I used to do this to keep warm but it didn't help.

When I lost a lot of weight I found posture easier to maintain.
