Only thing going for me is that I'm white, 5'11 and not a turbo manlet. Doctor says hormone levels are normal and it just comes down to genetics. I don't see how you could avoid becoming a robot looking like a child into your 20s.

If you have manboobs do push ups or any other routine that workout your chest, that way your chest will get flatter and with your manboobs it will look like you have a huge pectoral

I had a similar problem, I did facial exercises to get rid of my chubby cheeks.
Just suck your cheeks inwards into your mouth as much as you can every day, or take deep breaths and slowly exhale making sure your cheeks are stretched out outwards from your mouth. You'll get rid of your chubby cheeks within 3-4 weeks.

I'm 25 and people tell me I look 20/21 years old. It's probably due to my skin never being exposed to the sun and the copious amounts of tea I drink.
