>starving myself for the 7th day
>finally look skinnier in the mirror
I think I'm gonna make it this time, bros.
i can never make it and pig out
im like a drug addict
You are aware that starving yourself doesnt work right? Your body starts storing everything to prevent starvation and if you start eating again you body will still store everything because it assumes it won't get food for a while.
This is why people become anorexic.

>I'm so special basic laws of physics don't apply on me
this is why you will never make it
>>38321470
Same but I think this time I'm actually going to pull through. I hope next time you do too.
>>38321491
I'm eating approximately 600-800 calories spread out over the course of the day to keep my metabolism somewhat functional. I'm also drinking a shit ton of water.
>>38321491
This guy is right
Instead of starving yourself completely, just eat smaller portions of the right kinds of food and start exercising. Starving doesn't work in the long run and does more damage than good
>>38321491
Nonsense. As long as you eat something every day, a piece of bread or fruit, you will not "store everything". This has to be bait.
>feel like i gained weight
>actually weigh myself
>turns out i lost some
is this normal?
>>38321445
>>38321517
How much do you weight and how tall are you?
>>38321950
You can lose muscle and gain fat.
>>38321491
>You are aware that starving yourself doesnt work right?
brainlet detected
>pig out over vacation
>do some rough math, estimate I'm probably going to gain two pounds
>weigh myself
>only gained 0.6 pounds
Sometimes things actually turn out not so bad.
>>38321950
Yes, it's hard to really tell.
>>38321445
Starving isn't the answer. You'll rebound and gain all that weight back. The long term answer is to adjust your diet and exercise. And by exercise i mean lifting weights, not that pussy running and cardio.

I hate lifting weights, I'd rather starve myself and wean myself onto healthier foods.
>>38321445
I starved myself for 3 days and nearly fainted. How did you go a week?
>>38323409
It's not pure starvation, I'm still eating minimal amounts of food (about 600 calories through the whole day) just so I don't kill my metabolism. It's taking it's toll on me, though. I can't sleep longer than 4 hours because I wake up hungry in the middle of the night. Absolutely no energy and everything seems boring.
>>38323399
>I want to look good
>but I don't want to work for it
It's easier to kill yourself, let your body decompose, and look even skinnier
If you want to starve yourself then do a ketogenic diet and it will work a lot better.
I failed at losing weight for a decade before I tried one (I used a meal replacement plan thing, it's so much easier and cheaper than eating normally). If you lack willpower it can really help, when you're in ketosis you just lose your appetite.
>>38323740
I'm not looking to be a model, I just don't want to be fat.
>>38323792
I hate keto so much. The food is god-awful and I feel even less drained than I do right now.
Amphetamine, caffeine, and lots of water helps a lot OP
You don't have to starve yourself. Just stop eating junk food.
>>38323970
*even MORE drained
Keto sucks the life right out of me. Can't do it. I'd rather starve.
>>38324057
I'm doing both. I'm starving off 40 pounds and then getting into the habit of eating healthy, non-processed foods. I have to starve myself because my stomach is so bloated that I can eat 2 whole frozen pizzas in one sitting. I have to let it shrink so I can feel full with eating less food.
Also, keep in mind that it's better to restrict higher than to try and restrict low and constantly fail and binge.
>>38324111
Makes sense. Good luck mate.
>>38322917
> You'll rebound and gain all that weight back.
Well the trick is to not do that, senpai. No matter how you lose the weight.
>>38324140
I'm not sure I understand what you mean
ytcgwstygdyui
>>38324984
It's a meme. Fat people use "you're gonna fail if you eat too little!" in order to justify having blue cheese dressing on their diet fried chicken salad.
>>38323740
You sound like you have an addiction of some sort, or i guess its just people with your mindset seem to be more susceptible to addiction.
>>38322917
I fast every other month and have for over 5 years now. You can definitely keep weight off fasting if you never stop doing it.
Its the same with exercise, you wont keep the weight off unless you make it part of your routine.
>>38325511
Not him but I used to heroin and I found it easier to resist and quit than stopping by the Taco Bell drive through. It's actually really fucked up how pathetic I am.
no need to be so extreme
try doing intermittent fasting for a few months, less painful and still works
>>38326215
I know it's unnecessary but I live my life in extremities
what low calorie food do you eat when you actually eat?
>>38321445
>fucking your metabolism
Literally everything you eat after this is gonna turn right back into fat. The key's to snack lightly throughout the day.
>>38321982
>these fucking beans
>>38321445
don't fall for the exercise meme. just plan out your meals (only healthy stuff) and stick to them. drink tons of water also.
>>38327245
don't you literally need exercise to stave off skinnyfat?
>>38327352
not in my case, went from 187 to 155 and i don't look fat/chubby at all anymore
>>38327352
If you've never been in a gym, and if you're fat and sedentary you've obviously never worked out in a serious way, you can easily worry about that when you finish losing the weight.
