No because the voice you hear from yourself is transmitted via vibrations through your skull and tissue as well as through the air whereas everyone else only hears it as sound waves through the air. So your voice sounds different to you.

Hence why you often don't recognise a recording of your own voice.

i'm pretty sure it's said that if you ever met someone who looked just like you that because you normally see yourself in a mirror and that you don't hear your voice like others do, you wouldn't even realize it.
