If I saw someone getting mugged at knife/gunpoint I'd certainly get the fuck out of there. Fuck em. I've seen too many LiveLeak videos on /b/ and shit to want to fuck with random people who might shoot or slice me up just to help out some random guy. Good luck to him. He better for over enough cash to satisfy them.

If it was a female I'd try to help if she was attractive. Honestly the worst thing about this is I know even if I saved an attractive females life in an act of heroism it wouldn't suddenly make her attracted to me. It would really be pretty pointless.

What, after I kick the guy's ass and save her am I going to ask her for her phone number or something? The most likely scenario is I probably continue to walk with her or offer her a ride or whatever, escort her to somewhere safe and then never see her again. There's really no room in this scenario to get her contact information without looking blatently thirsty and I doubt someone who was almost robbed/raped would feel very happy about being hit on.

Unless you're Chad, then you would become the sexiest man alive to her and look like a superhero police officer or some shit. But if you're already Chad to begin with, then why risk your life to help a female who can easily be replaced? If you were Chad you probably already have a girl to begin with.

In conclusion, there really isn't any point in helping someone who is getting mugged or robbed for any reason. Sucks for them. I'm not dying over it. Hell if I was walking slightly faster than that would have been me, I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth. I'm getting the fuck out of there.
