I'm thinking about trying to start exercising because of some advice I got on how not to be skinnyfat anymore.
What should I wear on runs, robots? I'm self-conscious, and I'd feel like an idiot running in jeans and a hoodie, or shorts and a hoodie.
I'll just get stared at.
exercise is good but a lot of it has to do with diet. if you start eating better and run like 3-4 days a week you will start losing weight
