>tomorrow... yeah... tomorrow is good... and its the beginning of the week, that would be a good time to start anyway..
>I will go so hard
Tomorrow is Wednesday. Its best to start at the beginning of the week. Better wait till then.
Also since you are going to be on a diet for a while you should enjoy your final days and eat all the stuff you won't be able to eat.
GET OUT OF MY MIND
You can do it m8.
I started, getting some good distance in jogging. Just need to lose a these pounds. Planning on getting a gym membership to workout some other parts of my body.
Have a Gondola to ease your stress of going for it.
Just count your calories my man, pic related is my progress since the first February. I only have 16 kg to go :^)
it's best to start as soon as possible.
once you have the whole "starting" thing out of the way, the real challenge is to "keep with it."
now here's the pitfall: when you slip up (and you will) don't say "it's over" or "I can restart next week" or anything like that. As soon as you fall off your horse, you're supposed to get back on as fast as possible. The reason that's a pitfall is because people use a single failure to justify the next failure.
>Oh, I couldn't help myself, and I ate a doughnut... herp, I mite az wel eet a pizza 2 XDDD.
Essentially, stop thinking of weight loss as a dichotomy. Yes, +/- is a dichotomy, but your lifestyle should not be!
If you follow a semi-decent diet and exercise a bit, you'll still gain and lose weight all the time, but your effort is relatively constant (I say "relatively" because I know you're gonna eat a fucking pizza you fattie).
tl;dr take up a better mentality before you starve yourself for 5 days and then place an $80 order at papa johns.
