For a girl you'd really need a car, and possibly live alone if you're older than 22ish. The easiest thing would be to get a hobby and go to a local group, you'll all have the same interests. It can be tough if you're not good socially. Or meet people from work. Never turn down going out with someone like that because you're not good friends, often you'll meet their friends who you have more in common with.

Well, i tried going to the gym and it worked out for a while, i really was seeing results as I'm really skinny. That gave me kinda confidence (but not to the level of being able to talk to someone). But i had a back injury and stopped going, then i lost all the work and got into the depression spiral again.

Well, i have a wagekek job, i keep my mind busy until 7 pm and after that i play vidya as i'm too tired to go to the gym. It's important to keep your mind busy, as you won't remember why you're alone.

Thing is i won't do it still. But i could try engaging in group conversations and start my way up there. But it's impossible. I have a small group of friends i keep back when days were good and both have 8 and 3 year relationships. While i only had one online gf and nothing else. Quite pathetic.

If you really want to just have sex with girls it's kinda hard for someone like us.

Now if you want to just know more people, become a more appealing person or even know more girls there are a few ways.

If you are a NEET, stop it. Like ASAP.

If you work in a job, it might be uncomfortable to start with but try to make connections with co-workers, both male and female. It doesn't matter if you attracted to the girls just build a connection, it never hurts and it's a good chance to help you somehow along the line.

If you prefer to go to university, I would say look at joining some clubs or going to socialising events. It'll probably be awkward to start with, but you will become more use to it.

Build a social foundation first, and most things will fall into place anon
