How to stop napping?
I sleep 8-9 hours a night without a timer and I still nap 6 hours after I wake up.
Wtf?
If you don't have shit to do it's easy to fall into this slump. I mean if you're honestly drop-dead tired and need to nap then you might need to see a doctor, but I would just nap because I was bored and tired of life. Try drinking more water, dehydration can make you want to crash I think
