Have your parents given up on trying to influence your social life? If so, when?
At this point, my mother's worried that I'll be living with her the rest of my life because I don't socialize much, and what I can't seem to get her to understand is that I can actually function in society and handle myself in professional situations (Hell, I took acting for 4 years, so I think I can manage)- but I'm just awkward and shy, and don't like to socialize much. She's right to be worried- she's my mom, but she really shouldn't be.
What about you guys?
