anxiety has ruined my life. i have almost daily anxiety attacks. tried a few things to help over the last 2 years (diet, exercise, mindfulness meditation, now started cbt) nothing except for medication has helped so far but the doctor said my dose has become too high and im going to have to go off the medication. so now im going to have to go through benzo withdrawal and get bonus rebound anxiety. cant wait!
