Just eat less and be more active, go for a walk everyday and maybe skip breakfast. But I think your real problem is that you dont think you deserve to be healthy.

Eat some real food, some good shit and youll lose weight and you will be surprised how you ever ate all that other crap. You say its the only thing you enjoy, learn to make nice meals then.
