Exercise more.

Get more sunlight.

Socialize offline more (though being r9k this is probably out of the question).

And try learning a new skill/hobby that you can progress with every day. It's great to learn guitar or something and experience yourself getting better and better, writing cute little songs. It'll give you a sense of fulfillment.

If all else fails you can try an opiate addiction. It can be an expensive lifestyle but it's definitely comfy and gives you something to live for. Only as a last resort of course.
