You really shouldn't trust people in general. This sounds like a healthy level of fear.

Not really a fear but I'm really skittish when it comes to the human body.

It is very good that you do this. I'm also afraid of people a lot of the time. I just quit school so now I only see people on my weekend job, other than my parents. I normaly don't go outside and I don't really have friends, and I start noticing how scared I get to go outside after a few days of being inside. I can't imagine how it would feel to go outside if I would be locked in for longer than a week. So its very good that you do that. And in my opinion it also feels very peacefull to just walk around with no real goal.
The next step for you (and me), could be to join different social things, like a club, or join a sport, or get a different job.

Fear of doctors and hospitals. The moment I step in, no matter what the situation is, I get anxiety so extreme I can hardly function, then have nightmares about it for weeks after.
