>want to lose weight
>realise it will take me over a year of constant exercise and dieting to lose the 120lbs I need to lose
>lose motivation and don't bother
Who says you have to do it in a year? If you make less drastic changes it will take longer but it might make it easier to stick to.

The man in Australia who went on an all potato diet lost 117 lbs in a year. No oil/butter, cheese. No animal products basically. Only potatoes (all varieties) and some sauces and seasonings. Give it a Google search, it's worth it
>want to lose 15lbs
>love junk food and hearty meals too much
>would take me at least a month if I go on a diet or exercise
>not even fat anyway
Eh, I can't be bothered

I once read about a neckbeard basement dweller who was so fat that he was close to dying (600+ lbs) who, instead of going on a diet, decided to not eat anything at all, he basically starved himself living only on his own fat and achieved a normal weight in a matter of months.

Just don't be a fat fuck. I don't see how people do it. I stuff my face til i'm full and cant eat another bite, usually with foods that aren't very healthy, and still weight 140.

Do you have health insurance? Get adderall and you could lose that in 6 months without excercise, make sure to take lots of vitamins though because you won't be eating shit.

Probably for the better it takes longer so you don't get loads of loose skin :)))))
That man is pretty cute.
The end of a day in which you did everything you think you ought to have done can feel pretty satisfying too,
