You only get good at what you practice at. Time is too short to surround yourself with people who can't offer you anything.

Cut out all the bullshit and practice your craft, surround yourself with people with similar goals. In 2-3 years it can be you on that stage.

Unless you want to get really good at watching anime and shitposting. Then just keep doing that of course.
