bupropion is giving me breathing problems and I think i am getting an abdominal workout from forced yawning so much, it's been days and I just want it to stop.
Are you taking it for anxiety or depression or something else? how large a dose? Are you wheezing, or does it just feel like you can't get a deep breath?

For both I guess, and I just can't get a deep breath, I have to struggle and I feel like I have to breathe manually.

alright, listen up because I am on the same thing and have had similar problems. What's probably wrong is that you're hyperventilating from anxiety without even realizing it, giving your body more oxygen than it can process which makes it feel like you can't get a real breath. Take some time while you're lying in bed to practice Diaphragmatic Breathing techniques (google it) and focus on drawing air into your stomach, not your chest. Talk to your doctor about these problems on your next visit, too.

I will definitely mention it. It's just weird because it's all day no matter what mood I seem to be in but it doesn't seem to affect my sleep. Ty though anon.

that's how it is for me, too. my boss even had to take me to the ER because I thought I couldn't breathe, really embarrassing. Breathing exercises are what I used to get it under control, although it's still kind of persisting so I might join a yoga class specializing in breathing or something. Not sure if your problem is the same but I'm happy to do what I can to help another bupropion-head

I'm on 300mg and I don't really get breathing problems.
I'm also on zyprexa and Effexor though so it may cancel out

I'm on a max dose of 450mg and I haven't noticed any breathing problems. My chest hurt a little bit the past few days, but I think that's just because I've been abusing nitrous oxide like a fool.
