In an ideal world, people wouldn't even need to force the connection between sex and babies, they'd just be like "wouldn't it be cool if Van Damme and this Swedish supermodel had a kid?" and just buy it off them. So no poor people would have kids, no kids would be born with terrible lives because two stupid/hideous people settled with each other and they'd be sterilized, so they can do the only fun thing to do that doesn't cost money, free of consequence. This would probably improve the lives of many robits. So why do we continue to use the natural model of building dysfunctional families/people?

Because this is the dumb shit we did millions of years ago when we smashed rocks together and only spoke in unga bungas. Society changed with the technology but we still smash rocks and unga bunga, just more efficiently.
