If you have it you can try meds from a doctor, but the biggest things is to drink a lot of water. Most people don't get enough and you'd be shocked how bad your skin gets if you drink not enough water.
Also shower before bed to be clean and use a back scrubber or exfoliating thing. Also some type of physical activity to sweat.
Lots of water -> workout -> shower to remove sweat -> scrub/exofoliate skin to remove dead skin/oil/crap to open and unclog pores. Repeat and you'll have good skin.
