Who here is a country- robot?
Most of these threads are city/ suburban people, anybody else live in bumfuck nowhere? Share your struggles.
Here's mine:
>I live twenty miles from my job
>pay a dude cash and sleep on a cot in a garage in the woods
>Coworkers hate me cause sperg
>Nearest bar is 15 miles away
>See cute girls around town sometimes, but there isn't anywhere where people gather and socialize here
>How the fuck am I supposed to meet new people? I'm actually considering going to church.
Sounds hard, meng
My advice is this: your cost of living is probably pretty low. Save and invest aggressively to give yourself a good nest egg.
Get yourself a couple of cheaper rental properties and live off the cash flow.

The social isolation takes its toll, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Everything I love to do is right outside my door: fishing hiking, shooting, trapping, hunting, I can do any of these in a quarter mile's walk, I just wish there was a way to meet women around here.
I live on the cheap, and once my debt is taken care of, the next step is land ownership, double wide, then just save save save so I can start investing in property like you suggested or move to the West and start all over again.
Where do you live, friend?

Bullshit, not him, but there are plenty of rental properties around me, it's New England, there are fucking lakes with summer rental cottages every 5 miles or so. The niggers in town need commie blocs to live in too.

I'm in Virginia, been doing real estate for awhile now, it's amazing how it contributes to wealth creation.
One thing: always be learning about it. Get on biggerpockets.com, it's simply the best resource online for that shit.
See you in the millionaires club, my friend
my job is in the city 35 miles away
