I find that hipsters working at high priced shops like this tend to be incredibly dramatic about having to do their jobs. Every specialty coffee place I've ever been to has some ungrateful cunt working the counter while every DDs employee will at least smile when you say "Hi, how's it going?".
Don't worry yourself over the opinions of self-important 25 year olds, anon, they'll be worthless as human beings inside of 7-8 years.
