I feel like my tiny flaccid dick has a lot to do with my mind. When I'm home, in a good mood, not cold, not sick or in any kind of pain, it's a solid 3 inches flaccid and looks kinda nice desu. The second I step outside into the real world, it shrinks to like an inch, my balls shrivel up into nothing and I have absolutely no visible bulge.

For me, its 3 inches when I've been lying down for a while. As soon as I do any sort of physical activity (e.g. standing up and/or walking) it shrivels up to an inch and my balls become tight.
The weird thing is that it stays normal size (3 inches) when I start feeling the need to pee and I hold it in. In that case, it doesn't matter if I'm moving or not.
