I get up at 5:40am every weekday for work, so sympathize with her. One contributing factor to keeping me a robot is that with a schedule like that, I don't have much energy when someone invites me to dinner at 8:30pm. Then I either don't want to go, or if I do it fucks up my next day so bad, plus tired that night.

Then on the weekends it's hard to switch that schedule too, so I don't even do late stuff then.

Probably same with her. On her days off she probably keeps an early schedule.

Upside is early schedules have lots of advantages.
