It takes maybe like 1 minute to shave every morning. You might as well complain more about brushing your teeth since that takes longer and you do it 2x a day.

I have thick and dark facial hair with really pale skin, so my beard shows after a clean shave almost right away.
If you want it to feel less like a chore, I would recommend buying a good razor blade and some kind of product that makes you feel good. If you can derive interest and/or pleasure from shaving, you're more likely to incorporate it into your daily routine.
It's also worth recognising that shaving every day gives the hair less time to grow, making the per-shave time investment smaller than if you currently shave every few days/week.
Alternatively, buy an electric hair trimmer and run that over your face and neck everyday. It takes about a minute, and you'll have marginally presentable stubble.

Maybe if you're a 15 year old girl with slightly too much testosterone and you have some fuzz.
