But is the money and experience really worth the lack of free time?
Summer jobs are a thing of the past. Most places don't wanna hire people for summer only.
I think having a job for a few months is a good experience though. It may make you more confident in social situations, where many neets suffer.

It's not. Don't get a job until you absolutely have to.

You get a job so you can appreciate your free time more. Also it's money and experience. Fast food may not be ideal for a robot , but if you don't have any other options it's

Literally all my friends work at Bojangles though, although I'd much rather work for a chill place like Goodwill.

If you have friends that all work in one place than training and your first few months won't be that bad . They'll be understanding and now how to properly train you . They can also give you advice when you're not working.

They make it sound like a pretty comfy working environment so I think you're right.
>have friends that know you're socially awkward, but can help you get a job
People struggle to get work because no networking. The money would be nice even if you're not materialistic.
