upper class humans are better each generation assuming they build on what their parents and mentors did. but they aren't necessarily smarter; the human brain hasn't changed much in over 10k years.

we definitely have evidence of humans getting a lot weaker and less resilient physically. we definitely have a lot more attention to humans being overly sensitive to everything. and i don't think stereotypes come out of thin air; i see tons of kids being functionally useless outside of being able to browse the internet.
