first you can learn to do something like WordPress, it's not terribly hard but you can actually start making stuff with that
for back end just use something like python + flask, which is not terribly hard to learn... you can just look for online tutorials
for front end you can use React and MobX, neither of which is very hard to learn, but make websites look impressive in no time
