I know that feel. I haven't finished an anime in a couple years because I just get bored during the first 20 minutes.

This is just a gut feeling, I don't know if any actual research has been done on this subject matter (I'm sure they have) but I feel that the millenial generation has the second worst attention spans in the history. Only the generation Z is worse.
