I'm not fat but I have a massive addiction to porn that's taking a long time to overcome. I became addicted because the society around me encouraged me to see it as harmless, and the internet is absolutely full of HD porn everywhere you look, it's available in a moments notice. My addiction has contributed to making me introverted and avoidant, so I tend to not go out and stay at home all day...where I then have full access to porn. I work in cycles of depression where the moment I face a bit of stress in life, I flee back to the easy pleasure of porn. Blocking the internet entirely was never an option because you need it for literally everything.

I think a lot of fat people are the same. One fat guy I know is only like 20, but he had a single mother who probably didn't pay much attention to his diet, he seemed to be depressed so I can see him going in cycles the way I do.

One thing I've learnt is that it's very very easy to look down on people who seem to be the cause of their own problems - but eventually you'll face something of your own that will show you you aren't that special or immune to things like addiction.

I was fat, I was a porn addict, I was a smoker, I was an alcoholic, BUT I got past my addictions.

This is why I don't believe in the whole "awww poor addicts they can't help themselves" narrative, people should be looked down upon for their addictions, peer pressure is one of very few factors that helps them onto the path to greatness.

If you still believe in the current year that society corrupts the man, and he should therefore be treated as a helpless victim, you're delusional af.

Man is a beast, capable of self-corruption if left to his own devices. War on drugs should go full Duterte mode. Fat people should be persecuted for their over-eating. Smokers and alcoholics should be treated like petty criminals. Porn industry should be shut down for good, watching porn must equal in prison sentence. This is how you build a healthy society.

Addicts aren't victims, they're symptoms of a big disease called "the degeneracy". Some of them can be helped via force, some of them must be left to die off, but the goal should be to prevent further addictions by enforcing strong regulations in regards to stuff like fast food, smokes, liquor and especially porn and hard drugs.

I'm very skinny and I have all the trats of what fattyes claim to be the cause of their eating disorder. Difference is that after eating shit food and regretting it I stopped doing it instead fatty complain daily about how they want to diet or how unhealthy is McDonald's after having breackfast here. Seriously it should be illigal to buy more food than you need.
