All of a year ago, I was a fucking mess. 230 pounds, and while I was showering, I wasn't clean because I let my bed go a year without being washed (so my pillow was soaked in face grease and thus made my acne worse).

I now make sure I'm clean, and I've lost 50 pounds in the past 9ish months.
