Ignore the haters m8. If you have nice hair, girls love it. My ex said she hated long hair, but after I grew it out she really liked it and even didn't want me to cut it. Also, I'm not ugly but it's pretty much the only thing I've ever been physically complimented on in public. Keep going, and if it looks good you will know. Nah. I actually do have straight hair. However, everytime I try to grow it out, it just keeps growing to the sides and takes every weird shape imaginable once I get out of bed. Shit's resistant to wax and spray, too. I'll give it one more try until September and if it doesn't look good by then, I'll just go back to 3 mm everywhere.
